GREENFIELD-Dale S. (Kabaniec) Remick, 59, of Maple St., died Wednesday (5/30/12) at home. She was born in Greenfield on July 30, 1952, the daughter of Joseph G. and Shirley E. (Richardson) Kabaniec.

Dale attended local schools in Greenfield and graduated from Greenfield High School, Class of 1970.

Dale was a homemaker and a sales representative for Avon for many years. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and family. She was an avid sports fan. Dale enjoyed crocheting, playing darts, reading, playing games, and was a TV/Movie enthusiast.

She was predeceased by her husband, Gary M. Remick on 4/12/2008 and by her sister, Jo Ann Galipault in 1994.

Among her survivors Dale leaves four sons, Lincoln S. and his wife Jennifer of Ocala, FL, Lucas K. and his partner Tina of Greenfield, Levi J. of Lowell and Logan T. of Millers Falls, three grandchildren, Teagan, Corbin and Emma Remick, two brothers, Neil Kabaniec and his partner Jane Clark of VT and Jay Kabaniec and his wife Barb of Greenfield, a sister, Karen Knox and her husband Richard of Greenfield and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday (6/5) at 11am at the Kostanski Funeral Home, 220 Federal St. in Greenfield. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 9:30am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
